A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Cards will not be charged at booking unless otherwise specified, but are securely retained in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.
To maintain the schedule and respect each guest’s reserved time, guests arriving late may require service adjustments, shortened appointments, or rescheduling at our discretion. Full service pricing may still apply.
Guests who miss an appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
We stand behind our work and want every guest to love their hair. If adjustments are needed, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we may assess and schedule a complimentary refinement when appropriate. Adjustment requests involving a charge in original service plan may be treated as a new appointment.
Mojo Hair Bar is located at 1301 Main Street in Downtown Lynchburg. We are in the City Market Loft complex, one block East of The Lynchburg Community Market.

PARKING
There are over 200 free public parking spaces within one block of our location. In addition to on-street parking, there is the free lot at City Market, and the pay lot across from us adjacent to the former Farmer’s Seed and Supply. Additionally, the lot adjacent to our building is available evenings and weekends.
